Shane (MBA) has examined and advised many companies on strategy and how to maximize risk adjusted return. These experiences were highly instrumental in successfully navigating Nightingale Group’s coronavirus stabilization plan across its entire portfolio of managed properties. He has also led dozens of front-line managers of international REITs, banks, and insurance companies in gaining management skills as a management consultant and process improvement specialist. Shane earned his MBA from the Ivey School of Business where he led commercial real estate panel discussions with representatives from PIRET, Canada Life, and TD. Ever focused on the importance of forging lasting relationships with tenants, Shane continues his passion for real estate through Nightingale Asset Management.

Mark (P.Eng., MBA) brings extensive entrepreneurial experience, having built a company from infancy into a multinational publicly-traded organization. For two decades, he has been involved in real estate investment and management as a Partner at Nightingale Group. Mark has taught at the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto), and served on the boards of The York School and the Toronto Public Library. He is a past president and continues to serve on the board of Bialik Hebrew Day School.

Paul Nightingale
Paul (B.Arch., MRAIC) has over 40 years of executive leadership experience across various real estate related positions, as well as heading his own private architecture practice for 30 years. Being responsible for the development of many buildings in Toronto and then founding Nightingale Group, Paul brings substantial real estate knowledge and relationships built over decades. As a skilled professional arbitrator and mediator, Paul is adept at navigating the complex relationships between investors, tenants, business partners, and employees. He has also been an active member of the board of a number of non-profit organizations across the city. Specifically, Paul has served as the chair of the board for Youthdale Treatment Centre as well as the Youthdale Charitable Foundation.
